Refund Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping is currently domestic within Australia only.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • Please note: we guarantee dispatch, not delivery. Once the parcel is in the courier’s possession, Vital Peptides Australia is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages outside our control.

  • Processing times may take longer during peak seasons or unforeseen events.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Due to safety and regulatory requirements, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vitalpeptidesaustralia.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  3. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

No returns or refunds are accepted once a parcel has been dispatched, except for the above cases.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered once they have been dispatched.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or mishandled are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Vital Peptides Australia.
